Shrinkx Hips is a new post-natal belt designed exclusively to narrow your hips after childbirth. Shrinkx Hips works thanks to the hormone Relaxin, which loosens pelvic joints and ligaments in preparation for childbirth. Relaxin then stays in your system up to 8 weeks before pelvic joints and ligaments harden in place. Wearing Shrinkx Hips during this time allows you to provide constant, even pressure on your pelvic joints and ligaments to gently guide them back to their pre-pregnancy position.
