Shrinkx Hips is a new post-natal belt exclusively designed to help get back your pre-pregnancy hips. Shrinkx Hips works thanks to the hormone Relaxin, which loosens pelvic joints and ligaments in preparation for childbirth. Relaxin then stays in your system for up to 8 weeks before pelvic joints and ligaments harden in place. Wearing the Shrinkx Hips belt during this time allows you to provide constant, even pressure on your pelvic joints and ligaments to gently guide them back to their pre-pregnancy position. Shrinkx Hips must be worn in the first 8 weeks after delivery and you can start wearing the belt as soon as you are comfortable doing so.
